Debs has worked with many businesses, helping them to get the best out their people with HR know-how, in turn building thriving cultures. Having completed her Masters in Personnel and Development, and worked in management roles and within HR across both the public and private sector, she understands what makes people tick, what gets the best out of people and in turn helps businesses align their growth ambitions with the people who help it happen. Debs is great at supporting businesses with their recruitment challenges, shaping roles, helping to find the best talent to fill them, and keep them with brilliant onboarding and induction know-how.
When not Happy Business’ing, you will find Debs either on the water (ideally on top of her paddle board), in the gym, constantly thinking of another house project – big or small, dreaming of holiday destinations, desperately trying to stay up to date with the latest tech, or chasing her small child around – living the dream! 😊
